Our firm was founded in 1955. We are a full service law firm with offices in Newark, New Jersey, and New York, New York. Our clients range from individuals and small businesses to publicly traded companies, found locally and throughout the United States. As one of our members is a Certified Public Accountant, and another has an L.L.M. degree in taxation, we provide representation in tax matters, IRS controversies, and estate planning. We also provide sophisticated guidance for the preparation of wills and trusts. We provide aggressive representation for litigation in state and federal courts. We specialize in commercial, construction, employment, landlord-tenant, personal injury, real estate, and creditors' rights litigation.
